Contact Information for Architect-Engineering Services

• Each step of the A-E services procurement process will contain appropriate contact information related to that step in the process.
• The initial public advertisement and distribution of RFQ and RFP materials is handled through the A-E Evaluation Coordinator for the Department of Engineering and Technical Services (DETS). Each document lists a knowledgeable project manager who can be contacted for responses to pertinent technical or procedural questions.
• Consultants managing program areas for a particular project may also be listed as contacts for technical and project specific questions.
• Questions directed to other parties (design engineers or other technical managers) may not be responded to.

Contact Information for Construction Projects

• Each procurement advertisement contains the contact information for the specific project.
• Typically, the advertisement will provide two contacts: one for the Department of Procurement/Materiel Management for questions relating to availability of documents and listing of plan-holders; and, the second for the Department of Engineering and Technical Services for technical and project specific questions.
• Questions directed to other parties (design engineers or other technical managers) may not be responded to.
