Procedures: DCWASA only signs off on these permit applications. You can call Mr. Kevin Cole, the DCWASA representative at (202) 787-4648. As an example, Mr. Cole handles all of DCWASA reviews of all applications for new homes, renovated homes, raze permits and requests for new driveways at single-family homes. Mr. Cole will also issue a DCWASA Water and Sewer Availability Certificate for a single-family home.
