Washington, D.C. 20032-5397 REQUEST FOR BID FOR Invitation No. 060040PS01 An Open, Cost-Competitive, Evaluated Equipment Pre-Selection for Fine Bubble Diffusers for use at the Blue Plains Advanced Wastewater Treatment Plant, Washington, D.C. The Authority intends to pre-select one manufacturer to provide equipment, accessories, and other named services for all of its diffused aeration equipment in the Nitrification Reactors. Such items will be provided for the Authority’s Advanced Wastewater Treatment Plant at Blue Plains. The membrane fine bubble diffuser system shall be used in the activated sludge process of the Nitrification/Denitrification Reactors to transfer oxygen into mixed liquor. Pre-selection Documents are available from Ms. Dare Johnson, Department of Engineering and Technical Services, DC Water and Sewer Authority, 5000 Overlook Avenue, SW, Washington DC 20032. Payment must be in the form of a money order, certified check or a company check. Documents can be shipped to Bidders providing a Federal Express account number. The DC WASA Blue Plains Advanced Wastewater Treatment Plant is a secured facility.
