| Solicitation Description: | The District of Columbia Water and Sewer Authority is soliciting bids for Request for Proposal (RFP) Number: WAS-07-041-AA-JW, Consultant Services for the Development of Terms and Conditions for Special Provision Construction Contract Specifications. | Amendment Body: | The subject RFP is amended as follows:
1. Delete Closing Date: Thursday, August 16, 2007. 2. Insert Closing Date: Wednesday, August 22, 2007 3. Delete the following insurance clause: 13.5 Umbrella Liability Insurance The Contractor shall procure and maintain in force until Final Acceptance of the work performed an Umbrella Liability Policy. This insurance shall protect the contractor against all claims in excess of limits provided under the Workers Compensation and Employers Liability, Business Automobile Liability, and General Liability Policies. The limits of the Umbrella Liability Policy shall not be less than $3,000,000 written on a following form basis. 4. Insert the following insurance clause: 13.5 Umbrella Liability Insurance The Contractor shall procure and maintain in force until Final Acceptance of the work performed an Umbrella Liability Policy. This amendment, together with your proposals/offers and any revisions or price changes occasioned by this amendment, must be received prior to the time set for submission of offers. FAILURE TO ACKNOWLEDGE RECEIPT OF THIS AMENDMENT MAY BE CAUSE FOR REJECTION. |
