WATER AND SEWER AUTHORITY REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS STATEMENTS AND TECHNICAL PROPOSALS FOR DCFA #413-WSA CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT 4D The DC Water and Sewer Authority (WASA) is requesting Qualifications Statements and Technical Proposals from Consulting Engineering Firms to provide professional engineering and related services required for the management of a construction program consisting of multiple construction contracts to rehabilitate and /or replace water and sewer pipelines. The term of the contract will be Four (4) years. Services required will include construction management, inspections, documentation of construction related services, review of engineering documents and standards, and preparation of reports and construction documents. The agreement resulting from this request for qualifications statements will be subject to a Fair Share Objective for Minority and Women Business Enterprises participation in this work of 28% and 4%, respectively. The program requirements are fully defined in the USEPA’s “Guidance for Utilization of Small, Minority and Women’s Business Enterprises in Procurement Under Assistance Agreements – 6010, 1997 Edition”.
