| Solicitation Description: | The District of Columbia Water and Sewer Authority (DCWASA) is soliciting vendors Invitation Number: WAS-08-045-AA-SM, for Polymer Testing (and Pricing) for its Blue Plains location. This is a request to qualify vendors who will provide polymer that DCWASA will determine to best suit the needs of the organization. THIS IS NOT A FORMAL BID. Pricing is being requested for the sole purpose of budget forecasting, if DCWASA were to purchase the material submitted for trial. Upon completion of the testing, and the selection of the polymer, a formal Invitation for Bid will be issued. The Invitation to Prequalify is available at the D.C. Water and Sewer Authority, Contracts Division, 5000 Overlook Avenue, S.W., Room Number 229, Washington, D.C. 20032. Firms may pick up the Invitation to Prequalify, request a copy by fax at (202) 787-2042, or go to www.dcwasa.com. The Pricing Date for the Invitation is Thursday, July 29, 2008 at 2:00 P.M.
