We are excited that you are interested in My Account! DCWASA is proud of its state-of-the-art customer information system, which allows our customers to interact more closely with us. In order to get started, follow the instructions below:

First, determine if you:

Are requesting new service to be turned on and are registering for My Account - for example, if you have just moved to a new residence in the DC area. If so, follow this demo to request service and register.
Already have an account with DCWASA and want to register for My Account. If so, please follow this demo to find out how to register.
If you are renting or leasing a property and requesting service to be turned on please contact the owner of the property or management complany

To return to My Account anytime after registering, simply enter the username and password you created in the user profile form.
