Management Mission, Vision, and Policy
Effective and efficient programs begin with a vision and a mission.
DCWASA's Biosolids Management statements have been developed in order
to ensure that continual improvement occurs while striving toward
better quality, communication, and diversity. DCWASA's vision and
mission statements are presented here.

Goals are developed annually by the DCWASA Biosolids Management cross
functional team (CFT). The CFT considers input from interested parties
that comes in via several channels (inspectors, phone calls, e-mails,
county and state reports, etc.). DCWASA's goals for the current year are
presented here.
Regulatory Requirements
This is a link to the web page of the National Biosolids
Partnership, which in turn has links to all federal and state biosolids
regulatory bodies.
Monthly Reports
Each month, DCWASA Biosolids Management staff prepares a report for the
general manager and the board of directors. This report contains
information on tonnage produced, destinations, regulated pollutants, and
highlighted activities. These reports are contained in this
section.

A collection of downloadable documents which form a comprehensive
description of all aspects of the DCWASA Biosolids Project.
