Description of Duties:Assists in the creation of performance metrics, reporting and improvement targets for Authority Business Units. Supports use of performance management reassurance programs to drive adoption of fact-based management practices to effectively implement Internal Improvement Plan (IIP). Works with senior managers to identify, eliminate or mitigate major costs by targeting management targets and prioritize goals. Continuously improves Authority’s organizational capabilities to achieve program improvement as part of project execution. Supports project teams in developing appropriate performance measures that are integrated within departments and enterprise wide IIP. Supports project team and individual senior managers. Performs other related duties and projects as assigned at the discretion of the supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance or related discipline and a minimum of 5 years directly related experience with Process Improvement and Performance Measurement and Management. Prefer Masters Degree or MBA. Experience with Training, Organizational Development, Process and Performance Improvement required. Team development, demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects and strong analytical and problem solving skills. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and excellent oral and written presentation skills. Customer focused, data-based, cost-effective solutions to business problems that provide measurable cost savings and/or revenue enhancement. Reduction or elimination of non value-added work and increased prevention of defects.
