Designs and analyzes complex business solutions (manual and automated), develops and manages resources, and facilitates effective solution implementation. Primary role will be the development of Livelink Applications.
Participate in the full Life-Cycle development of web-based workflow and document management applications. Integration with external systems such as scanning, faxing and PDF annotation tools may be required. Design, implement, test, new and enhanced applications for both departmental and enterprise projects utilizing technologies such as the Livelink toolset, 0-Script, Java, JSP/Servlet, JavaScript, SQL, PL/SQL, HTML, JDBC, Cascading Style Sheets, and DHTML. Responsible for technical analysis, design, development, implementation and maintenance of various areas that form the Enterprise Document and Records Management System (EDRM). Prepare technical documentation for product modules and applications.
Conduct the unit testing and integration testing for functionality and performance. Provide direct application support, development, integration and administration functions within Livelink. Provide support, diagnosis, and resolution for customer problems. Work closely with stakeholders and end users to determine requirements, and desired outcomes.
Develop and manage project plans, defining deliverables, timing, budget, scope, risk, schedule, project communication plans. Conduct project deliverable reviews. Serve as a back-up administrator for Enterprise Document and Records Management System (EDRM). | | Minimum Qualifications: | Two years of college (minimum 60 credits), or related experience with object oriented design/programming techniques, Web/Intranet application development using Livelink SDK or equivalent combination of education and experience. Prefer Bachelors Degree in Computer Information Science, Business or related field & five years related experience. This position must have a thorough understanding of the appropriate business functions and processes within the organization. | | Other Requirements: | - In the event that an offer is extended, the candidate will be required to successfully complete a pre-employment physical examination and drug screening.
