Description of Duties:
Processes a wide variety of transactions. Provides direct assistance to specialist and professional staff. Conducts special management studies requiring written presentations of findings, recommendations, forecasts, and justifications. Maintains computer-based records. Receives and reads incoming correspondence. Prepares responses where appropriate. Consolidates annual funding estimates from subordinate offices into a complete budget request. Compiles and summarizes information and data; identifies inaccuracies or anomalies in the information; and makes written recommendations to resolve discrepancies. Schedules appointments and makes travel arrangements. Prepares and maintains time and attendance records. Complies with the Authority’s occupational health and safety procedures. Performs other related duties and projects as assigned at the discretion of the supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalency and four (4) years of related experience working in a legal enviornment. Intermediate skills in the use of computer hardware, and software such as word processing, spreadsheets, databases, presentation, and Internet applications.

First time supervisors and all new D.C. Water and Sewer Authority employees will serve a one (1) year probationary period regardless of prior governmental affiliation.
