Financial Assistance for Private Side Replacements

As WASA crews replace lead service lines in public space, property owners are encouraged to replace any lead lines on their private property as well. Financial assistance is available for those who qualify in the form of grants from the District's Department of Housing and Community Development. Click here [PDF 32.7 KB] for more information. Both programs have income guidelines for eligibility.
