High Usage Notification Alerts (HUNA)
We will alert you when your water usage is higher than normal, using our HUNA alert system. Sometimes spikes in water usage can mean leaks or other plumbing problems that need to be fixed, so being alerted early can help you keep your water bills low.
To sign up for HUNA, log on to MyAccount, using the green log-in box on the right of this page, and let us know if you'd like to be contacted by e-mail or phone. If you have not created an account in MyAccount, visit the MyAccount overview page to learn how to register.
If you'd prefer to sign up for HUNA over the phone or via email, call our Customer Care Associates at 202-354-3600 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, or send an email to custserv@dcwasa.com. Be sure to provide your name, service address, telephone number, and DC WASA account number, which you can find on your DC WASA bill.
