Report a Problem
DC WASA wants to address your questions, concerns, issues, and problems. To reach us quickly, call our customer service department Monday through Friday 8 a.m to 5 p.m. at (202) 354-3600. For water and sewer emergencies, please call us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week using our emergency number: (202) 612-3400.
If you would prefer to be contacted by email, use this form to submit your problems to DC WASA. We aim to respond no later than two business days to you.
Please Note: Before starting your reporting of a problem, we encourage you to review the formatting guidelines to help you avoid entering special characters that can lead to system errors. These errors can occur when a problem reporter is cutting and pasting information from a word processing program such as Microsoft Word.
