Feb 06, 2004 -- The test kits being provided by WASA are designed for Single Family Homes.
WASA does not recommend testing for apartment housing, multi-dwellings, and condos, which have large service lines and are not implicated by lead service lines. For tenants and property owners/managers who are concerned and want testing, please have the property owner contact 202-787-2732.
