Apr 02, 2004 -- DCWASA has identified the source of the "low pressure" and/or "no water" problem that occurred earlier this morning (between the 3000 - 3500 blocks of Massachusetts Ave, Wisconsin Ave, Woodland Drive and Cathedral Ave NW, Washington, DC). We anticipate services to be restored to all affected areas by 5:00pm today.
