WASA Board of Directors to vote on WASA and Fire Department fire hydrant agreement
Oct 29, 2007 -- On Thursday, November 1, the WASA Board of Directors is expected to approve the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the DC Water and Sewer Authority and the DC Fire and EMS Department. This MOU clarifies the responsibilities of each agency for more than 9,000 public fire hydrants in the District.
