Water Main Repaired Serving Georgetown/Palisades/Kent Area
Nov 08, 2004 -- DC Water and Sewer Authority crews repaired a water main break in the Georgetown/Palisades/ Kent area that left some residents with no or low water in the morning.
By mid-afternoon, the crews had located the break in the 12-inch main, repaired it and restored water service to the area.
The areas affected had included McArthur Boulevard; V, U and W Streets; Hutchins Place, Ashby Street, 48th Place, Potomac Avenue and Whitehaven.
