Total Nitrogen Removal/Wet Weather Plan
The report contains WASA's latest plan for implementing Enhanced Nutrient (Total Nitrogen) Removal as required by the Chesapeake Bay Program and the Blue Plains National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit. DC WASA is committed to have these reports available to the public.
